HIRANI is seeking a Rapid Responder to join our Expansion Team in Northern Ireland. You will work exclusively with the Registered Manager to support the development and mobilisation of new home care services, cover across the Trust zone, and assist with hospital discharges and new care packages.
The role requires a minimum of six months' homecare experience, a full clean driving licence with access to a car, fluent English, and strong planning and communication skills.
