Lagan’s Foundation in Greater Manchester is seeking an Advanced Children’s Play & Health Care Worker – Carer Level 3 to join a specialist team delivering high-quality home health care for children and young people with complex health needs.

The role is not entry-level; you will have tracheostomy care experience and work in families’ homes to provide compassionate, individualised care while supporting families with respite and clinical needs.
