You will learn to prepare and present dishes to spec, maintain kitchen hygiene, and work with the team to serve customers efficiently. The program includes masterclasses and practical work-based training within our pubs.
You’ll join our Chef Academy, gain Functional Skills if needed, and receive support from mentors and a Lifetime Learner Coach over the course of the apprenticeship.
