The Howard Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional and ambitious Teacher to join our primary school improvement team for a fixed-term project focused on raising attainment and accelerating progress with Key Stage 2.
Working across Deanwood Primary School and Temple Mill Primary School, you will play a key role in supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes in reading, writing and mathematics. Through targeted teaching, intervention, small-group support and collaborative work with school leaders and class teachers, you will help ensure every pupil is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils and making a measurable difference. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing strong pupil progress, high expectations for all learners and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

We value our staff and actively support their professional development and have redesigned our working week to place even greater emphasis on employee development. If you are looking to extend your experience and would be interested in joining our team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
