Zest Education is recruiting a SEND Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming Bromsgrove first school. The role covers KS1 and lower KS2, with 1:1 and small-group support in a structured, child-centred provision.
You will help pupils regulate emotions, build confidence and engage with learning, working closely with the class teacher, SENDCO and broader staff to create a safe, inclusive environment and support personalised learning plans.
