Luma Education Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Night Childcare Officer to support pupils at a specialist residential SEND school in Chelmsford. The role involves overnight care, supervision and building a calm, secure environment throughout the night, with hours from 20:00 to 07:30.
You will assist with bedtime and morning routines, support pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs, and maintain accurate records while working closely with the care and education team.
