Retail Team Lead: Coach, Delight Customers & Drive Sales

TUI is looking for an Assistant Manager in our Tunbridge Wells store to lead and inspire a team, coaching them to become destination experts who can confidently recommend and sell holidays, cruises and UK breaks while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and work across systems to enhance the digital customer journey. A strong focus on coaching, engagement and sales targets is essential.
