Primary Cover Supervisors - Skegness Flexible Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Pay: £100-£110 per day

Contract: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Supply

Looking for a rewarding role in a primary school? The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Cover Supervisors to support schools within the Greenwood Academies Trust across Skegness and surrounding areas.

We offer day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements, ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience while supporting pupils' learning.

About the Role

As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Duties may include:

Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
Managing classroom behaviour
Supporting pupils with their learning
Providing feedback to teaching staff
Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people

Strong communication and behaviour-management skills

A confident and professional approach

The ability to work independently and adapt to different classrooms

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
