We're working with a number of friendly and supportive primary schools across the NP11 area who are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams from October 2026 .

Whether you're experienced in education or have transferable skills from childcare, youth work or support work, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils throughout the school day to help them reach their full potential.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
• Working with small groups to reinforce key learning objectives.
• Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance.
• Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• A patient and caring approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• The ability to adapt to different classroom settings
• Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential
