About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning
Assist with classroom management and organisation
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar) is desirable
A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
