Inclusion Support Assistant
Leeds
Some young people don't need tougher rules. They need someone who listens, understands, and helps them believe in themselves again.
Protocol Education is recruiting for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist education setting in East Leeds, supporting children and young people with SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs.
You’ll provide one-to-one and small group support, build positive relationships, help pupils re-engage with learning, and work with teachers and SENCOs to create a calm, inclusive classroom where every pupil feels safe and valued.
