Senior Care Lead: Inspire Team & Deliver Dignified Care

Barchester is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to look after residents' needs and deliver quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
