• Teaching qualification – Qualified Teacher Status (UK)
• Recent or relevant experience in primary settings (references required)
• A positive, flexible approach to different classroom environments
• An enhanced DBS check (we can support this if needed)

Our Application & Interview Process

• An in-person interview, or
• An online interview, followed by a brief in-person document check

Your interview will include a few formal questions, along with a conversation about your experience, what you’re looking for from supply work, and how we can work together. We will also complete the required safer recruitment checks, including identity, qualifications, right to work, and safeguarding.

Our aim is to make the process clear, supportive and efficient, helping you feel confident and ready to begin supply work in our partner primary schools.
