Empowerment Support Worker: Help Others Live Life Their Way

Hft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You’ll support independence, dignity, and daily living activities in a compassionate, person-centered way.

You’ll work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, building confidence and skills while ensuring wellbeing and safeguarding at all times. Experience in social care is welcome but not essential; your values matter most.
