What You'll Be Doing
Meeting residents across Glasgow in person, day to day
Learning how to open conversations, build rapport, and read what a customer actually needs
Presenting our products/services clearly and confidently
Turning genuine interest into completed sales
Managing your own diary and pacing your own workload
Picking up real, transferable sales skills as you go
What You'll Need
A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in people
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Resilience - comfortable hearing 'no' and moving on
Self-motivation to manage your own time
Own transport preferred, not essential
Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
What's In It for You
Commission-only pay, OTE £600-£750 per week, with no cap on what you can earn
