What You'll be doing
Delivering attentive, seamless, and polished fine dining service
Serving food and beverages with accuracy, confidence, and impeccable presentation
Preparing, organising, and maintaining dining spaces to exceptional standards
Demonstrating strong knowledge of formal service etiquette and refined hospitality practices
Anticipating guest needs and providing a personalised, high-quality experience
Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and professional service
Maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene at all times
What We're Looking for
Minimum two years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality within the UK
Immaculate presentation and a professional, well-groomed appearance
Calm, confident, and attentive with excellent communication skills
Flexible and adaptable with working hours across various venues
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure
Genuine commitment to delivering consistently high levels of service
