Primary Supply Teacher

Primary Supply Teachers - Ely & Surrounding Areas

Are you a Qualified Primary Teacher looking to reclaim your work-life balance? Whether you thrive on the complete flexibility of day-to-day supply or prefer the consistency of a long-term placement, we have fantastic opportunities tailored to your lifestyle.

We are currently partnering with a variety of excellent primary schools and academies throughout Ely and the wider East Cambridgeshire area. We are looking for adaptable, passionate educators to support these vibrant school communities.

Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to step away from the pressures of full-time classroom leadership, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to build confidence across different year groups, we can help you find your perfect balance.

Find Your Ideal Way of Working:

• Day-to-Day Cover: Take total ownership of your diary. You choose when and where you work. Step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons, enjoy the teaching, and leave the marking, planning, and parents' evenings behind at the end of the day.
• Long-Term Opportunities: If you prefer stability, we have fixed-term roles spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity, sickness, or interim gaps). It's the perfect way to truly embed yourself within a local school team and see your students progress.

What We Look For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent qualification.
• A deep understanding of the Primary National Curriculum (across EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
• Nurturing classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new school environments.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).

Benefits of Working With Us:

• Competitive rates of pay , processed weekly and reflective of your experience level.
• A dedicated local consultant with deep knowledge of the Ely and Cambridgeshire education sector.
• A completely transparent service that works strictly around your personal availability.
• The chance to explore different local schools, which frequently opens doors to permanent positions if that is your ultimate goal.

We are strictly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All candidates will be required to undergo comprehensive vetting, reference checks, and an enhanced DBS disclosure.
