Fabric & Carpentry Technician — Reactive & PPM Maintenance

CBRE is seeking a Fabric Technician for our Coventry site. The role focuses on reactive and planned maintenance across building systems, including carpentry, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and basic plumbing.

You will liaise with client representatives, complete surveys, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and ensure works are completed safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate has fabrication and carpentry experience, a UK driving license, and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications.
