Back of House Manager — Calm, Hands-On Kitchen Leader

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a passionate Back of House Manager (Full-Time) to oversee daily BOH operations, support the Executive Chef, and keep kitchen services running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will lead, coach and schedule the BOH team, manage stock and deliveries via Procure Wizard, ensure food safety and H&S compliance, and collaborate with Kitchen, F&B and events to deliver a memorable guest experience.
