Community Reablement OT – Empower Independence (Hybrid)

Slough Borough Council is seeking four qualified Occupational Therapists to join the Reablement and Independence Service (RIS). The role focuses on enabling people to regain independence at home through strength-based assessments, rehab, and recovery-focused interventions.

You will work in a MDT with health and social care colleagues, supporting discharge planning and referrals while delivering person-centred care in community and home settings.
