Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer at one of our care homes to lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering warm, person-centred care.
You will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews, always upholding residents' dignity and preferences in a welcoming, vibrant environment. A strong commitment to compassionate care is essential.
