Seasonal Luxury Customer Care Associate – London

Monica Vinader is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Associate to join our central London office and deliver luxury, multichannel support during peak sale periods. You will manage customer inquiries via phone, webchat, WhatsApp, email and social media, ensuring timely responses and high standards of service.

You will liaise with delivery partners, maintain data protection and PCI compliance, and work with the team to meet SLAs.
