Receptionist

Start on Monday 14th September - temporary role starting immediately, with strong potential to become permanent.

Temporary (4–6+ weeks, potential permanent) | Angel, London | £16–£18/hour | Hours: 8am–6pm

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full visitor journey - greeting guests, liaising with building reception, keeping the team in the loop
• Logging and routing deliveries/post
• Running meeting room bookings and keeping kit working
• Chasing vendors and service issues to resolution
• Keeping supplies and shared spaces stocked and in good order
• Planning and running in-house and social events

Who you are:

• Experience in facilities, front of house, hospitality, events or office management
• Proud of doing things properly, to the point that "good enough" isn't good enough
• A self-starter who fixes problems rather than flagging them
• Warm, organised under pressure, and good at judging what actually matters
