First Bus in Penzance is hiring trainee and experienced bus drivers with a PCV licence. Part-time roles offered (8, 16, 24, or 32 hours per week) with weekend day coverage. Trainees start at £12.00 per hour and £12.50 overtime in the first 12 months; experienced drivers earn £13.00 per hour with £14.00 overtime.
Initial paid training will cover vehicle and route familiarisation. You will drive local routes in Penzance and join a supportive team, with benefits and a clear path to long-term work
