Youwillworkaspartofateamprovidingahighlevelofservicetothepatientsandemployeesandwillrequiretheabilitytomulti-taskinabusyretailenvironment.Thisroleisakeypartofthepatientjourneyandrequiresveryhighpersonalstandardstodeliveraqualityofcareandworldclasscustomerexperience.

Everydaywillbringsomethingnewbutyourdaytodayrolewillinvolve

• Coveringthereceptionarea,maintainingapriorityforincomingcallsatalltimes
• Takeclearandconcisemessages
• Communicatingallmessagespromptlyandaccurately
• ProvideadministrativesupporttotheManager
• Maintainstationerystocksandoverseetheorderingofnewsupplies
• Generalreceptiondutiesasandwhenrequired
