This is a physically active role with plenty of movement throughout the day. This is not a full-time VNA role; VNA duties are undertaken on an ad-hoc basis.

• Apply stock rotation methods including FIFO and LIFO.
• Pick items accurately from an inventory of more than 5,000 product lines.
• Pack goods securely and prepare them for dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Update inventory systems using manual and digital methods.
• Prepare and load orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, VNA trucks, pallet jacks and scanners where trained.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times.

About you:

• At least two years of experience in a warehouse operative role, ideally in a high-volume, multi-line picking environment.
• Experience handling heavy-duty products safely.
• Comfortable working in a physically active role with high daily step counts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• A VNA or forklift licence is essential for the VNA-focused element of the role.
• Confident using pick sheets.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Flexible with working hours when required.

Perks and benefits:

• State-of-the-art, modern working environment.
• 24 days, bank holidays (normally 8) and then your birthday off after the first year.
• Company pension scheme.
• Onsite parking.
• Regular team socials.
