Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
• Show an ability to plan & prioritise workloads & delegate accordingly
• Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
• Knowing company history, vision, mission & values
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
• Continuously assisting in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
• Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
• Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
• Continuously working with the “company way” of selling to optimize yours and the teams' personal sales performance
• Guarantee a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
• Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
• Attend meetings when company representation is required and conduct behaviour appropriately
• Attend learning & development workshops to develop relevant brand knowledge and skills
• Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
• Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using a till system
• An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company
• A positive and inspiring personality
• Ambitious
• Excellent communication skills
• Honesty and Integrity
