Cygnet Paddocks in Widnes is seeking a Senior Support Worker with a passion for helping people with mental health, brain injury and complex needs. You will work a structured 42-hour week across days, nights and alternate weekends, delivering person-centred care and supporting the management team.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.23 rising to £14.48 after 18 months, with coaching, supervision and opportunities for development in a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation hospital.
