Your Role

• Give every visitor a warm, professional DCS welcome
• Manage visitor sign-in, passes, refreshments and site security procedures
• Answer calls confidently and connect people with the right teams
• Keep reception organised, secure and looking its best
• Manage post, deliveries, couriers, samples and staff orders
• Arrange hotels, flights and airport parking for colleagues
• Support senior meetings, lunches, agendas and presentations
• Provide administrative support across Customer Service
• Step in to support the PA to the Board when required
• Monitor and replenish stationery supplies

What You’ll Bring

• You’ll be confident, approachable and calm under pressure, with the initiative to take ownership and make things happen.
• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A professional, positive and welcoming manner
• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• The ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
• Sage experience would be an advantage
• Above all, you’ll be someone who enjoys teamwork, acts with integrity and wants to deliver an outstanding experience every day.
