Rushden Lakes is seeking a Sales Assistant, known as Customer Advisor, to help customers choose outdoor gear and deliver friendly service in our store.

You’ll receive full training on services like boot fitting and gait analysis, benefit from 40-60% brand discounts, and enjoy a supportive team. The role is part-time, approx 5 hours per week, with a welcoming, active environment.
