We're on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate learning Disability Support Worker to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the South Wales Area

Shift Pattern

Day shifts and Night shifts

Care First 24 are a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK, working with a diverse Client group with a variety of care needs. So we provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care, as we will provide tailored care and support. We strive to make a positive difference.

Having a robust but fast registration process and Induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning & development opportunities.

Role requirements

You must have 2 Years Learning Disability experience working in a health or social care setting as Learning Disability support worker
Registered with Social Care Wales
Friendly and able to interact is essential for this package of care
Autism awareness
English language - Fluent oral and written.
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Driving license preferred
