Chef de Partie

We have an opening for a talentedChef De Partie-someone who loves food, loves produce and loves cooking and creating whileinspiring those around them.

What You’ll Do

• Run Breakfast,starter or pudding section unsupervised
• Completeto do list and order lists
• Maintainsour standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.

Who You Are

• Experiencein a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year
• Personality,confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for beinghospitable.
• Knowledgeof our style of service, food and drinks.
• 40 -45 hours a week over 4 - 5 days.
• 2days off each week on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Amix of shifts including 7.30am till 3pm, 9am till 4pm, 4pm till 11pm, 9amtill 11pm with a two hour break
• Closedon 25 & 26 December each year
• 28days’ holiday with extra days for loyalty
