This role involves carrying out property maintenance and remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Location: London Office in Watford

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

General property repairs and maintenance
Kitchen & bathroom works
Plastering, plumbing, joinery & decorating
Completing works safely and to a high standard
Following health & safety procedures
Identifying and reporting additional repairs
Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Protecting residents’ homes and belongings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Plastering
Plumbing
Joinery
Painting & Decorating
General Property Maintenance & Social Housing Repairs
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work within occupied properties professionally
Good communication and customer service skills.

Reporting to our Office manager.

This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent tenant care and health & safety standards.
