The role is ideal for candidates with FLT experience who are looking for a stable long-term career with excellent earning potential.Salary:Starting salary:£34,706 per annumAfter successful probation:£40,831 per annumWorking Hours:42 hours average per weekPanama shift pattern:06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00, covering 7 days

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)
• Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed
• Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement
• Complete all required documentation accurately

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
• Food manufacturing experience (desirable)
• Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures
• Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
