Hot Forge Operator - Fasteners Specialist

Howmet Aerospace Leicester site is seeking a manufacturing operator with hot forging experience to set and operate machines for fasteners to tight tolerances. You will support slitting and shot blasting, and train across all machines for full flexibility.
The role offers an hourly rate with progression from £16.89 to £17.63 from 1 January 2027, plus pension contributions, life assurance, annual bonus, health plan, and more.
