Your Role: Bank Mental Health Support Worker

As a vital member of our team, you’ll work flexibly to support individuals in their journey towards recovery. You’ll help them build daily routines, gain confidence, and access opportunities to lead fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support with purpose – Help individuals develop self-care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health.
• Everyday independence – Assist with practical tasks like meal prep, medication, budgeting, and appointments.
• Encourage connection – Promote social inclusion and help reduce isolation through community involvement.
• Team collaboration – Work alongside a dedicated team of psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver care plans that make a real impact.
• Keep things on track – Maintain accurate records and keep communication clear to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.

About You
