Kickstart- Admin Assistant

The admin assistant will work alongside the operations manager and assist with inbound customer enquiries, provide live updates to customers as well as assist with Customer feedback, collect service reviews on completion of jobs from customers. You will also get to learn and experience how operations in a busy courier office are managed. This is an exciting role which will allow the customer care representative to work on some exciting client projects from film production logistics to delivery of PPE and be at the forefront of our customer service.

Inland Logistics Ta / Unicorn Logistics is an express same day courier service that operates nationwide. This placement will be in the admin Headquarters which are located at the Paragon Business park in Horwich, Bolton.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking admin tasks
• Delivering high-quality customer service
• Assist the operations manager with day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Requirements

• A professional telephone manner
• Ability to deliver outstanding client care
• Good understanding of Admin
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office applications).
