Your role will come with various responsibilities which will make your department run smoothly.

• Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
• Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme
• Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
• Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
• Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.

The Person:
