Event Assistant - Weekend Jazz Shows (Freelance)

Event Assistant - Weekend Jazz Shows (Freelance)

Lumos Experiences creates immersive candlelight concert events in some of the UK's most beautiful venues — from historic churches to stunning gardens. We're now expanding our weekend jazz series and are looking for polished, guest-focused Event Assistants to join our front-of-house team.

The Role

As an Event Assistant, you're a key part of delivering the Lumos guest experience. This is a stage set up role intertwined with a customer-facing role focused on professionalism, presentation and supporting the Event Manager to ensure every concert runs smoothly. You represent the Lumos brand at all times — from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.

It's a great fit for someone who's got a good eye for detail and confident around people, takes pride in how they present themselves, and enjoys being part of a live music atmosphere.
