Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic FLT-qualified Warehouse Operatives to join our Distribution Centre team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our operation moving - safely operating our forklift trucks, moving stock around the warehouse and working alongside the wider team to make sure our products get where they need to be, accurately and efficiently.

• Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs
• Following warehouse processes, work instructions and Health & Safety procedures
• Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other equipment as required
• Keeping your working area clean, organised and safe
• Working closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to achieve daily plans
• Supporting other areas of the Distribution Centre when needed

What we're looking for...

You’ll need to hold a valid FLT qualification and be confident operating forklift trucks within a warehouse environment.

We'd Also Love You To Have

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach
• Good attention to detail and a focus on working safely
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence working towards individual and team targets
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility around working hours and shifts
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System would be an advantage
