Contract type: Permanent,full-time, 35hoursperweekon asplit shift rotaover 2weeks

Week 1:Mon, Tue, Fri 06.30 - 14.00, then
Week 2:Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs 06.30 - 14.00, then

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. From serving fresh food to preparing grab-and-go options, you'll keep things running smoothly and make every interaction count.

What you'll do:
- Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, and presentation
- Perform basic cold food preparation.
- Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
- Clean and tidy counter, and light equipmentand keep all areas of the centre, including toilets clean and tidy. This includes dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning asappropriate.
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faultsidentifiedduringthe work.
- Keep diligent records asrequired.
- Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Ensurethat all cleaning equipment/materials aremaintainedin a safe,clean,and efficient working condition.Report deficiencies in equipment, machinery,materials,or work areas to management.Ensure the manager is made aware of the need for replacement of materials and equipmentin a timely mannerto ensure service delivery is in line with client expectations
- Perform any other dutiesrequiredto complete the team tasks
What we're looking for:
- Legal right to work in the UK and ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (residency waivers available).
- Must have experience in a similar position.
- Proventrack recordof regular and consistent attendance, goodhealth,and social behaviour.
- Sound knowledge of safe catering hygiene procedures and basic food preparation skills.
- Current Basic Food Hygiene qualification.
