SEND Year Leader – Community Learning Lead (Full-Time)

Experienceguildford is seeking a Year Leader to design and deliver exceptional, community-based learning sessions on our Building Futures Programme. You will lead engaging, person-centred learning for groups of young adults with SEND across Guildford and Woking.

The role is full time (40 hours per week) with regular daytime hours, paid annual leave, DBS checks, and ongoing professional development. You will work in a supportive, safeguarding-focused team to ensure a welcoming, inclusive service
