Bank Receptionist

Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Warwickshire service to prepare and open a centre for patients, doctors and nurses arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group. Our OOH service is open from Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you. Our Warwickshire OOH service is spread across the county with sites in; Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour. Please see the link below to see the site map. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently
• Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries
• Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow
• Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional
• Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods
