Shanghai-Me London is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Runner to join our front-of-house team. Located in the heart of Mayfair, Shanghai-Me is a vibrant luxury dining destination, renowned for its exceptional Pan-Asian cuisine, elegant surroundings, and outstanding guest experience. The Role

As a Food Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service between the kitchen and restaurant floor. Working closely with our chefs and front-of-house team, you'll ensure every dish reaches our guests promptly, accurately, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food efficiently from the kitchen to the correct tables.
Support the smooth operation of service by maintaining the kitchen pass and restaurant stations.
Ensure plates, cutlery, and service equipment are clean, polished, and fully stocked.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety throughout each shift.
Assist with service preparation and end-of-service duties.

About You

Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.
A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Calm, organised, and able to perform well under pressure.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
