Luxury Resort Reservations Agent - 1-Year Maternity Cover

Trump Turnberry is seeking a guest-focused Reservations Specialist on a fixed term maternity cover (1 year). You will provide luxury reservation service, handle enquiries from multiple sources, and upsell resort experiences to maximise revenues.

You will input bookings into systems, maintain guest profiles, and promote all resort facilities including dining, golf, spa, and activities. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
