In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by understanding their needs, working within a team to offer product advice, and guiding them through our range of automation solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure a seamless sales experience and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better support customers.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and salespreferably with an industrial client base.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
A basic understanding of automation products is helpful, but training will be provided.
