Our client are a dynamic and growing established freight forwarding agent expanding into Ipswich, committed to delivering reliable and efficient services to our clients. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-orientedData Entry Clerk -Cantonese Speakerto join our team. (basic Word/Excel knowledge). Must havegood English Customer Service skills, verbal & written.(Must have UKRW or Hong Kong Passport & BNO holder). Excellent future prospects are available.

Employment Terms for the Data Entry Clerk

• Salary: £25-27k DOE & Neg
• Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a 1-hour unpaid break)
• Overtime:Paid after 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Clerk:

• Accurately inputting data into company systems and databases.
• Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections.
• Managing and maintaining data files and records.
• Performing regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and summaries using basic Word and Excel functions.
• Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Being a Cantonese speaker
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident with good English verbal & written communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be able to easily commute to IP2
