Delivery Driver - Erith

You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

It's our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You'll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you'll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.42 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That's a great deal! (Everyone's shifts will vary but more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.)
