3PL Resources ltd is looking for Warehouse Operatives to work 40 hours per week. We are fully flexible and can offer an immediate start to work! You will be joining a large but friendly team with guaranteed weekly work for reliable candidates based in Wellesbourne.
Responsibilities
Scanning
Picking
Wrapping pallets
Keeping aisles free from any mess or hazards
Ensuring the correct items are stored in the correct locations
Reading labels
Heavy lifting
Shifts and Pay Rates
07:30-16:00 £12.71 per hour – Monday to Friday
08:00-16:30 £12.71 per hour – Monday to Friday
14:00-22:00 £12.71 per hour +10% Shift Allowance – Monday to Friday
06:00-14:00 £12.71 per hour – Monday to Friday
22:00-06:00 £12.71 per hour +20% Shift Allowance – Monday to Friday

As per the Agency Worker Regulations, you will receive the same basic employment and working conditions as a permanent employee after a 3-month rolling period.
After 3 months you will automatically be enrolled in our Pension scheme.
