Domiciliary Care Assistant – Tewkesbury and Cheltenham

We are looking to recruit full-time/part-time caring individuals to join our team of La vie en Rose in the Gloucestershire (Tewkesbury and Cheltenham area)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
• Have compassion, empathy and patience
• Are trustworthy, honest and respectful. Demonstrate understanding of self‑centred care
• Treats others with dignity and respect
• Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
• Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and providing emotional support
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support (Full training will be provided)
• Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
• Daily notes keeping
• Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping
• Supporting with social interaction
• Support to other team members in emergency situations
